2nd Match: Tony D’Angelo (with The D’Angelo Family) defeats Oba Femi (c) for the WWE NXT North American Championship by Pin - Fall (14:00) - TITLE CHANGE
3rd Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) defeats A - Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) for the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships by Pin - Fall (11:29)
The Main Event Match: Randy Orton defeats Je’Von Evans by Pin - Fall (11:05)
Thoughts on the October 8th, Edition of WWE Tuesday Night NXT Show:
Thoughts: The show kicked off great with Trick Williams, and Jey Uso with Wes Lee in the crowd confronting Trick Williams about the title. But it was a great moment to see Jey Uso in NXT with the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Kelani Jordan tore it down in the Six - Women Tag Team Match against Fatal Influence. Tony D'Angelo finally did it as he defeated Oba Femi and became the new WWE NXT North American Champion. Roxanne Perez, and Cora Jade were gloating, and having fun before Giulia came out then seconds later Stephanie Vaquer came out and aided Giulia to fend off Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade. This was a great segment, and a great set up for all four ladies as I'm assuming at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc a sort of tag match will take place. Fraxiom continue to show people why they're one of the best tag teams in the world today as they defeated A - Town Down Under. In the Main Event the young Je'Von Evans took on Randy Orton in a fun match. Afterwards Randy Orton gave his respect to the young man as the show ends on a great note. Overall great episode way better than last week episode in terms of in - ring performance but I really enjoy this episode.

The Opening Match: Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill & Kelani Jordan vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx) in a Six - Women Tag Team Match - Match Rating: ***.25 - It was a fun opener to start off the show, I always enjoy seeing Bianca Belair wrestle because she's indeed one of the best in game today. Fatal Influence looked decent in the match but Bianca Belair team got the victory and gave that rub to Kelani Jordan.
2nd Match: Oba Femi (c) vs. Tony D’Angelo for the WWE NXT North American Championship - Match Rating: ***.75 - What a great moment for Tony D'Angelo has accomplished so much in NXT. Him beating Oba Femi is major as they look at him as a future star on the main roster. Now Tony D'Angelo is a 2x NXT Heritage Cup Champion, 2x NXT Tag Team Champion, and now 1x NXT North American Champion, he has done so much and his career in NXT has been a great thing too see as he's one of the main players on the brand. Now with Oba Femi I'm assuming soon he'll be inserted into the World Title scene for NXT as I expect him to be the one who dethrones Trick Williams but regardless very happy for Tony D'Angelo and The D'Angelo Family.
3rd Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) vs. A - Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) for the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships - Match Rating: **** - As per usual Fraxiom put on a great showing as they continue to show people why they are the best tag team in the world today. A - Town Down Under also looked good in this match can't knock on them because they had some good spots on this match. I wonder what's next for Fraxiom. I really hope they have a fresh feud with a new team or move them up to RAW which needs some fresh teams to boost that brand tag division.
The Main Event Match: Randy Orton vs. Je’Von Evans - Match Rating: ***.50 - One of the big highlights in the young career of Je'Von Evans as he took on "The Viper" Randy Orton in a very good match. I have to give props to Randy Orton because he made Je'Von Evans look amazing in the match. The botch spot was still recovered by Randy Orton as he hit the RKO afterwards and secure the victory. This was such a great moment to see and after the match Randy Orton gave respect to Je'Von Evans I'm so glad they have him on high regard the kid is so young and is going to a superstar for decades to come in WWE. Great Match, and major stock boost for Je'Von Evans aka Jay Malachi.

October 8th, Edition of WWE Tuesday Night NXT Show Grade: 7.50/10 (B-) - I thought this was a lot better than last week show in terms of the in - ring, but seeing Stephanie Vaquer finally appear at NXT was great to see, and the main event was such a joy to watch.
