My Official Thoughts: AAA continues to have good episodes. I'm really enjoying what’s been going on with AAA; they’ve been delivering on every cylinder, producing good content next week with a live AAA episode. I can't wait to see what they deliver.
The April 11th Episode of AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide — My Official Match Ratings:
The Opening Match: La Parka & Rey Fenix vs. Money Machine (Colmillo De Plata & Garra De Oro) in a Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ***.50 — This was a very fun opener between La Parka & Rey Fenix as they took on Money Machine. Rey Fenix hasn't been used well in WWE, but in AAA, he's treated as a big deal. This was a lot of fun, and La Parka & Rey Fenix got the win.
The 2nd Match: El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. vs. Laredo Kid in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: *** — This was a very decent match, as a Champion vs. Champion Match, as the Latin American Champion & Cruiserweight World Champion, as El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. got the win. It sucks his feud with Snatos Escobar will not fulfill on conclusion as he has been released, but now we can get some fresh feuds for him.
The Main Event Match: El Grande Americano & El Texano Jr. vs. El Mesias & Mecha Wolf in a Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ***.25 — A decent main event, but the OG Grande strikes again as he attacked Texano Jr., putting him in an ankle lock as El Grande Americano made the save. This has been one of the best feuds of the year, and this was a lot of fun.
The April 25th Episode of AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide — My Match of the Night: La Parka & Rey Fenix vs. Money Machine (Colmillo De Plata & Garra De Oro) in a Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ***.50 — This was a really entertaining opener featuring La Parka and Rey Fenix against Money Machine. Rey Fenix hasn’t been handled well in WWE, but in AAA, he’s presented as a major star. The match was a blast, and La Parka and Rey Fenix came away with the victory.
The April 25th Episode of AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide — My Official Episode Grade: 7.25/10 (B-) — AAA continues to put out strong episodes. I’m really enjoying what they’ve been doing lately. They’ve been firing on all cylinders and have more great content coming next week with a live AAA episode. I can’t wait to see what they come up with.
