The Opening Match: The Vision (Austin Theory & Bron Breakker) (with Logan Paul & Maxxine Dupri) defeated Alpha Academy (Akira Tozawa & Otis) in a Tag Team Match | via Pin-Fall — (08:29)

The 2nd Match: Je’Von Evans defeated Rusev in a Singles Match | via Pin-Fall — (11:03)

The 3rd Match: Ethan Page defeated Rey Mysterio in a Singles Match | via Pin-Fall — (11:47)

The Main Event Match: Raquel Rodriguez defeated Sol Ruca (c) in a WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title Match | via Pin-Fall — (10:23)

My Official Thoughts on the July 27th Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW:

My Official Thoughts: This is just slop. I'm tired of being pulled in, thinking this company will sail back in the direction they were at from 2022-2024. But those days are long past. I thought this episode was plain awful. I had this as background noise once I saw the horrendous Danhausen & Joe Hendry Live Concert, which might be one of the most 2019-Pilled WWE moments. We had a horrible human in Ryan Garcia be a factor in this episode. The matches were okay, but seeing Sol Ruca, who didn't even have a proper run, have her title reign end by someone whom Triple H tries to force on us in Raquel Rodriguez. The Main Event Segment didn't bring any hype for me towards the Night Two Main Event. After SummerSlam, a huge reset needs to happen, focusing on the actual good talents instead of the ones who don't provide any sustainable boost.

My Official Match Ratings for the July 27th WWE Monday Night RAW Episode:

The Opening Match: The Vision (Austin Theory & Bron Breakker) (with Logan Paul & Maxxine Dupri) vs. Alpha Academy (Akira Tozawa & Otis) in a Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ** — I was quite surprised this match didn't happen in Otis’ home state of Minnesota for the WWE World Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam. But this match wasn't all that to me. I don't get why we have The Vision center point being Austin Theory. Why are we going to continue to push Austin Theory down our throats when, in reality, no one cares? The person who should be in the spotlight is Bron Breakker, but we saw Otis potentially get written off with a wicked chair shot by Austin Theory as the story contiunes.

The 2nd Match: Je’Von Evans vs. Rusev in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: ***.25 — Je'Von Evans is so mature as a wrestler at 22 Years Old. He really makes his matches feel so realistic with the struggling and figuring out his opponent. He took on Rusev in a very solid match. I also like the fact that Je'Von Evans officially ended his losing streak as he's back in the win column. In this match, there were moments I thought Rusev had the match won, but Je'Von Evans, who hit a sick reversal into a stunner, then into an OG Cutter where he got the win, was such an awesome sequence. After SummerSlam, the chase for the WWE Intercontinental Title should start because Je'Von Evans is one of the bright spots in a company where they don't focus on the good, but this right here they better look at.

The 3rd Match: Ethan Page vs. Rey Mysterio in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: *** — This match was okay; very glad Ethan Page got the win he needed because he needs something major, which he got. Since May, he has been floundering and hasn't done anything notable. Getting this win over the 3x WWE World Champion can launch him post-SummerSlam.

The Main Event Match: Sol Ruca (c) vs. Raquel Rodriguez in a WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title Match | The Match Rating: **.50 — Raquel Rodriguez, after one million times, is finally a Singles Champion on the Main Roster as she defeated Sol Ruca in the Main Event of Monday Night RAW, and she finally became the new WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion. I don't personally like the decision, but I don't like how Sol Ruca didn't even have a proper run. She won the title, then went on to have matches but never had a real feud that could've made her run with the title memorable.

My Official Match of the Night for the July 27th Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW: Je’Von Evans vs. Rusev in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: ***.25 — Je’Von Evans looked impressively mature for 22 and made the match feel real with his struggle and adjustments. He beat Rusev in a solid match, ending his losing streak with a great reversal into a stunner and OG Cutter. After SummerSlam, WWE should start the Intercontinental Title chase because Evans is one of its brightest spots.

My July 27th Official Episode Grade for WWE Monday Night RAW: 0/10 (F) — This is just slop. I’m tired of being pulled in, thinking this company will improve from 2022-2024. But those days are gone. I thought this episode was awful. I had it as background noise after the horrendous Danhausen & Joe Hendry Live Concert, which felt very 2019 WWE. Ryan Garcia’s presence was horrible. The matches were okay, but seeing Sol Ruca, who barely had a run, have her title end by Raquel Rodriguez, whom Triple H pushes, was disappointing. The Main Event didn’t hype the Night Two Main Event. After SummerSlam, a reset is needed, focusing on talented wrestlers, not others who lack sustainable appeal.
