My Official Thoughts on the May 23rd Episode of AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide:

My Official Thoughts: Another great episode of AAA, I really enjoyed both matches on the show, and seeing Rey Mysterio become the new General Manager of AAA was a very smart choice. AAA has easily been one of the entertaining shows on the WWE Company. Can't wait for the Mask vs. Mask Match next week, the pay-off happens with Chad Gable being exposed next week.

The Opening Match: Laredo Kid (c) vs. Rey Fenix in a AAA World Cruiserweight Title Match | The Match Rating: **** — This was a very fun opener, and I didn't expect to see Laredo Kid turn heel as he did a dirty tactic to retain his title, but this was such a fun opener; both men were tearing it up in the end. I did like the ending, very unpredictable, and we saw Laredo Kid get desperate as he didn't wanna lose his title, but this was all-around great, and a rematch will occur in the near future.The Main Event Match: Los Americanos (Bravo Americano & Rayo Americano) vs. Los Americanos Hermanos (Bruto Creedo & Julio Creedo) in a Anything Goes Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ****.50 — I simply can say Undertaker knows how to use Brutus Creed, Julius Creed, Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate way better than Triple H has since his arrival to the Main Roster Creative in 2022. Because man, this match was amazing, this was one of the best tag team matches I've seen this year. There have been a lot of good matches, but this twenty-three-minute masterpiece happened. Sucks there wasn't a proper finish, but even during this match, we saw the intense moments, and chaos ensued everywhere. After the match ended in a No Contest, we saw The Original El Grande Americano & El Grande Americano brawl, as the new General Manager of AAA, Rey Mysterio, came out, and next week this will become even deeper than it was before, an amazing Main Event, and aftermath. This is the best brand within the WWE System.

The May 23rd Episode of AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide— My Match of the Night: Los Americanos (Bravo Americano & Rayo Americano) vs. Los Americanos Hermanos (Bruto Creedo & Julio Creedo) in a Anything Goes Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ****.50 — Undertaker clearly knows how to use Brutus Creed, Julius Creed, Pete Dunne, and Tyler Bate better than Triple H has on the main roster since 2022. This was one of the best tag team matches of the year: a thrilling 23-minute bout full of intense moments and chaos, even if the No Contest finish was disappointing. The post-match brawl between The Original El Grande Americano and El Grande Americano, plus new AAA GM Rey Mysterio escalating things for next week, made for an incredible main event and aftermath. This is the best brand in the WWE system right now.

The May 23rd Episode of AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide — My Official Episode Grade: 9/10 (A) — The Undertaker has been a hell of a booker; he gives what the fans want. This episode was awesome from top to bottom, and next week the Mask vs. Mask is upon us, can’t wait to see how everything goes down.
