The AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio will defend his AAA Mega Title for the 1st Time in 2026 as he takes on El Hijo del Vikingo in the Main Event of Night One of AAA Rey De Reyes, with the No Disqualification stipulation implemented. If Dominik Mysterio loses, he'll have to never be allowed to perform on AAA. If El Hijo del Vikingo loses, he will never challenge for the AAA Mega Title. The March 14th Special Event of AAA Rey De Reyes — The Episode Rundown:

• AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio will be defending his title in a No Disqualification Match, but with stipulations in place. If Dominik Mysterio loses, he'll never be allowed to return to the AAA Brand. But if El Hijo del Vikingo loses, he'll never be allowed to challenge for the AAA Mega Title as long as Dominik Mysterio is champion. A high-stakes Main Event for week one of AAA Rey de Reyes. A lot is on the line as we could see major shifts in the AAA Brand after tonight.

• Four Wrestlers will fight to earn a future opportunity at the AAA Mega Title, as El Grande Americano, La Parka, Original El Grande Americano, and Santos Escobar will all be fighting for the chance to get the sword and future title opportunity. El Grande Americano is one of the most popular wrestlers in AAA. The fan-favorite will have a lot of cheering for him. One of the most experienced veterans in this match, La Parka, will look to get a future shot at the AAA Mega Title in the future. Original El Grande Americano was originally not supposed to qualify, but he managed to do so, and now wants to claim his stake at the top of AAA. Santos Escobar, who returned from a long hiatus in January with a new attitude, looks to be back on top as he tries to become the next in line for the AAA Mega Title.

• Flammer is the current AAA Reinas de Reina Champion. She issued a challenge to a member from the Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown roster to answer her open challenge to challenge her as she beat everyone in the AAA Women's Division and wants a bigger challenge who’ll step up to the plate, and try to take down Flammer.
