The AEW Double Or Nothing Event Preview & What You Need To Know:

  • Darby Allin won the AEW World Title when he took down MJF in two minutes in his hometown of Seattle, Washington, on AEW Dynamite. Ever since Darby Allin has been in the midst of an all-time run, having amazing defenses and consistently putting the title on the line, but MJF has been on a downward spiral. He lost to Kevin Knight for the AEW TNT Title. But MJF came back, and tried to reinsert himself in the AEW World Title Picture, in which Darby Allin denied unless he put his Hair on the line. MJF at first hesitated but agreed. Now tonight, in a Hair vs. Title Match. We could see MJF shave his unless he comes out victorious and becomes a 3x AEW World Champion.

  • The Stadium Stampede a match, where anyone can wrestle anywhere. The Elite, Jericho & The Hurt Syndicate will all unite together as they take on The Demand, The Dogs & The Don Callis Family in what is going to be a very chaotic and insane Stadium Stampede Match that'll be taking place with Kenny Omega also participating in tonight's match. Which team will come out on top tonight at AEW Double or Nothing?

  • The Match everyone has been waiting for, two of these wrestlers don't like each other. Back at AEW Dynasty, we saw Konosuke Takeshita do the unthinkable during the match against The Young Bucks, as he left behind Kazuchika Okada. This has been brewing for months now, and many called this a Match that can be easily an all-time classic. Now, tonight, we have the AEW International Title Match as Konosuke Takeshita can take down Kazuchika Okada, and claim his supremacy as he can finally prove Kazuchika Okada wrong tonight at AEW Double or Nothing.

  • Adam Copeland & Christian Cage lose; they must retire as a legendary tag team. Tonight is the final chance for Adam Copeland & Christian Cage’s pursuit of the AEW World Tag Team Titles. FTR put up the stipulation that if you lose, you retire as a Tag Team. Adam Copeland & Christian Cage might end their legendary tag team tonight if they don't manage to become AEW World Tag Team Champions tonight at AEW Double or Nothing.

  • Thekla has a tough task at hand as she can lose the AEW Women's World Title without being pinned. So tonight we have Hikaru Shida, Jamie Hayter & Kris Statlander all competing in this match as all are former AEW Women's World Champions as they look to become that once again in a super-packed Four-Way Title Match.

  • On this recent episode of AEW Dynamite, we saw Jon Moxley and Kyle O'Reilly fight until the Time Limit. So tonight, in the AEW Continental Title Match will be a No Time Limit Draw Match, as it can go as long as it wants until we have a definite winner for this match. Can Jon Moxley continue his reign, or can Kyle O'Reilly become a Double Champion tonight?

  • Swerve Strickland returned to television at ROH as he attacked Bandido after his title defense against Blake Christian. Swerve Strickland has been wanting to reenter the AEW World Title scene, and he can start that journey tonight as Bandido looks for the journey to the AEW World Title. We have a Quarter-Final Owen Hart Round Match tonight, and one of these men can inch their way closer to the Finals, which will take place at AEW Forbidden Door.

  • Will Ospreay has been growing an alliance with the Death Riders as some members are facing The Opps on the AEW Double or Nothing Buy-In. But Samoa Joe & Will Ospreay are both in the Owen Hart Tournament, and want to redirect to the AEW World Title, so who'll look to advance in this big-time matchup?

  • The Ring of Honor Women's Champion, Athena, is back on AEW PPV as she's facing Mina Shirakawa in the Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament Quarter-Final Match. Who'll come out on top and make their pursuit for the AEW Women's World Title? Athena has stated how she wants to be a double champion running AEW and ROH, so can she start that journey tonight?

My Official Match Predictions for AEW Double Or Nothing:

As AEW Double or Nothing approaches, the card is shaping up to deliver a compelling mix of championship stakes and high-profile clashes. Here are my official predictions for the event:

AEW World Championship Match: Darby Allin (c) vs. MJF — I have MJF regaining his AEW World Title, after Darby Allin had a marvelous run as the AEW World Champion, but with the stipulation of it being a Hair vs. Title Match, I don't see MJF losing his hair, and with the rumors swirling of Darby Allin getting married in June, I do believe he'll take a short, extended break. So I see MJF getting the win tonight.

Stadium Stampede Match: Jack Perry, Jericho, The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) & The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) vs. Don Callis Family (Andrade El Idolo & Mark Davis), The Demand (Bishop Kaun, Ricochet & Toa Liona) & The Dogs (Clark Connors & David Finlay) in a Stadium Stampede Match — A chaotic match is ready to take place tonight, I have the babyface's getting the win tonight always a joy to watch a watch with Kenny Omega involvement so I have them coming out on top. I do believe this can be a show-stealer for sure.

AEW International Championship Match: Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Konosuke Takeshita — I have Konosuke Takeshita finally defeating Kazuchika Okada to become the new AEW International Champion. It's all overdue. The booking of Konosuke Takeshita has been very disappointing, but I do think tonight is the night where we crown a new AEW International Champion.

AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) (with Stokely) (c) vs. Adam Copeland & Christian Cage — With a stipulation that if you lose must retire as a team, I have Adam Copeland and Christian Cage getting the win to become the new AEW World Tag Team Champions. It just makes sense. I'm not a fan of this feud it dragged from August to now, and I hope this is it, and Adam Copeland & Christian Cage can have a fun short reign with the AEW World Tag Team Titles.

AEW Women's World Championship Four-Way Match: Thekla (c) vs. Hikaru Shida vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Kris Statlander — Jamie Hayter tonight is the night you become a 2x AEW Women's World Champion. I have Jamie Hayter coming out on top tonight. I do expect Thekla to lose the title tonight. But I do see Jamie Hayter finally becoming champion once again, as it has been long overdue, and she's one of my favorites within the AEW Women's Roster who everyone has been waiting to become champion once again.

AEW Continental Championship Match: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Kyle O'Reilly in an AEW Continental Title Match — Jon Moxley I expect to win tonight over Kyle O'Reilly. They had a Time Limit Draw on this recent AEW Dynamite. This match will have No Time Limit; it can go as long as it can. Knowing how this title run has been, we are probably going to have Jon Moxley retain the title. In my opinion, he has been having a very boring title run, as it has been the same revolving creative that Jon Moxley is the mastermind behind.

Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament Quarter-Final Match: Bandido vs. Swerve Strickland — Bandido is one of my favorite wrestlers in the world, but I hjave Swerve Strickland advancing in the Men's Owen Hart Tournament he been having a very odd 2026 as he been up-and-down in terms with his creative but I do hope this match delivers as this can be the Match of the Show with Swerve Strickland coming out on top.

Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament Quarter-Final Match: Samoa Joe vs. Will Ospreay — Will Ospreay and Samoa Joe are going to be amazing. I do believe Will Ospreay will come out on top and advance, but this match is a match where I can see it being physical. Will Ospreay can use the teachings from the Death Riders to have a very technical style match with Samoa. This is going to be a very fun match. I can see it ending with Will Ospreay submitting Samoa Joe.

Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament Quarter-Final Match: Athena vs. Mina Shirakawa — Athena being in this tournament is smart; I have her beating Mina Shirakawa. Athena is one of my picks to win this whole tournament. It's time for Tony Khan to let Athena drop the ROH Women's Title and chase afgter the AEW Women's World Title. But this match is going to be a lot of fun with Athena coming out on top.
