The February 4th Episode of AEW Dynamite — The Episode Preview:

  • Andrade El Ídolo vs. Kenny Omega – Singles MatchTwo of the best all-around wrestlers on the planet in a pure showcase match. Andrade will try to slow the pace, attack Omega’s neck and back, and target any lingering injuries, while Kenny will look for high tempo, V-Triggers, and the One Winged Angel. Expect counters on counters, big nearfalls, and a potential show-stealer that could have “match of the night” written all over it.

  • Hangman Page steps into a fight with one of the hardest-hitting heavyweights in the world. Page will rely on his explosiveness, buckshot lariat, and brawling style, but Davis brings raw power, clubbing strikes, and size. This could be a rugged, physical affair with a lot of chops, lariats, and suplexes, testing Page’s toughness and Davis’s ability to hang in a bigger singles spotlight.

  • This isn’t for the title itself, but a chance for Brody King to earn a future shot at the AEW World Championship if he can beat MJF. The champion will lean heavily on ring IQ, mind games, and shortcuts, trying to chop the big man down and exploit any mistake. Brody will look to overwhelm MJF with pure brutality—strikes, powerbombs, and using his size to smother the champion. The story is classic: technical trickster vs. unstoppable monster.

  • High-speed, high-risk, and high drama. Ricochet’s athleticism and aerial game will be front and center as he defends the National Title, while Jack Perry brings a more methodical, opportunistic approach—targeting a body part, slowing the pace, and picking his spots. Expect a clash of styles: Ricochet dazzling the crowd with insane counters and dives, and Perry trying to shut him down and steal the belt, possibly by any means necessary.

  • This trios match is likely to be chaotic and intense. The Death Riders combine Garcia’s scrappy, dance-into-technical style, PAC’s vicious aerial offense, and Yuta’s gritty grappling. Across the ring, the Don Callis Family mixes Takeshita’s explosive power, Josh Alexander’s world-class technical wrestling, and El Clon as a potential wild card. Expect shifting alliances in-ring, rapid tags, double teams, and a story of Callis’ masterminded unit trying to out-maneuver three ultra-competitive fighters who won’t mind turning it into a war.

  • The champions face a dangerous duo in a non-title eliminator where MegaBad can earn a future shot by winning. Babes Of Wrath blend Willow’s power and heart with Harley’s charisma and striking, while MegaBad pair Megan Bayne’s near-unstoppable strength with Penelope Ford’s agility and crafty offense. Look for Bayne to try to bully the champions physically, Ford to create openings with speed and distraction, and Willow’s fighting spirit to be tested as the champs try to avoid an upset that would set up a future title defense.
