The February 18th Episode of AEW Dynamite — The Episode Preview:

  • Some say this is a dream match for many, but we get to see it tonight as “The Cleaner” Kenny Omega will take on Swerve Strickland in one of the biggest matches to happen on AEW Dynamite. Kenny Omega suffered a major loss to Andrade El Ídolo many weeks back, but because Swerve Strickland interfere casuing that to occur. They had an intense face-to-face last week, which turned into a brawl. Now we’re here with one of the biggest matches with two of the cornerstones of the AEW Company going head-to-head. Can Kenny Omega get back on track, get this win, then shift back into the AEW World Title picture? Or will Swerve Strickland have another big-time career-defining moment defeating one of the greatest to ever lace a pair of wrestling boots?

  • AEW World Champion MJF is coming off a major title defense as he took down Brody King in the Main Event of AEW Grand Slam Australia, but on the same show, MJF figured out who his next challenger would be as “Hangman” Adam Page, who has a long history with MJF, defeated Andrade El Ídolo to become the No. 1 Contender for the AEW World Title. Now they’ll be face-to-face tonight, noting the history between both men, a brawl can go off. We’ll see what goes down in tonight’s face-to-face between the two men.

  • Willow Nightingale is coming off a successful Women’s World Tag Title defense with Harley Cameron at AEW Grand Slam Australia. Now she has three women she has to worry about taking her TBS Title, as tonight Marnia Shafir, Megan Bayne, and Mina Shirakawa all have an opportunity to win the AEW TBS Title as a Fatal-Four Way will occur on tonight’s AEW Dynamite. Willow Nightingale can lose her AEW TBS Title even if she is not the one getting pinned. What game plan does she have for tonight’s major title defense?

  • The Brawling Birds make their TV Debut tonight. The super-team of Alex Windsor and Former AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter will be competing tonight in some Tag Team Action. A new threat to the blazing Women’s Tag Team Division.
