My Official Thoughts on the June 17th Episode of AEW Dynamite:

My Official Thoughts: Cool episode of AEW Dynamite. I enjoyed the Hazuki vs. Mercedes Moné Match so much. I really thought this episode was heavy on the in-ring material. The Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay segment was well done. It got to the point where they both know what they want. It's really cool to see how last year they were united, and now they are both two different wrestlers with the same goal, but now have new alliances and different routes to how they got ot every they are. The Main Event Match was very cool; it gave a sneak peek of what can happen at the Steel Cage Match at AEW Forbidden Door. But this was very strong. I thought this was a good episode.

My Official Match Ratings for the June 3rd AEW Dynamite Episode:

The Opening Match: Kenny Omega vs. Tony Nese (with Ariya Daivari & Mark Sterling) in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: N/A — Kenny Omega answered the call as he shocked everyone as he answered Tony Nese. Tony Nese didn’t even have a chance, as Kenny Omega, in under two minutes, made quick waste of Tony Nese to get the win. Afterwards, we saw TMDK come out as Kenny Omega is facing Zack Sabre Jr. at AEW Forbidden, and on Kenny Omega’s side were The Young Bucks & Jack Perry to even the odds. Very excited for their match at AEW Forbidden Door. I do believe Kenny Omega is going to face a returning heel Adam Page at ALL IN in Wembley.

The 2nd Match: Brodido (Bandido & Brody King) vs. Death Riders (Daniel Garcia & Jon Moxley) in a Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: **** — This was a very solid Tag Team Match, Brodido was such a fun tag team when they were the AEW World Tag Team Champions, now this match I have to say Daniel Garcia was having a very well performance. Brody King and Bandido were doing their thing in this match. I always say this to people when I talk about AEW: how both of them should be holding some form of Singles Gold in AEW, and I know Bandido, the ROH World Champion, I mean in the AEW Brand. Jon Moxley was okay, not the biggest fan of him nowadays because of his character and how he changed his style of wrestling, which I find very boring, but Brodido winning was shocking to me. I thought the Death Riders would've won, but this was okay.

The 3rd Match: Mercedes Moné vs. Hazuki in an Owen Hart Women’s Tournament Semi-Final Round Match | The Match Rating: ****.75 — This was an amazing professional wrestling match. This match was so good that Hazuki was trending at three in the US on Twitter. Mercedes Moné is someone who pushes this AEW Women's Division. I'm so happy it got more than twenty minutes. I'm so glad Hazuki got the good exposure, and everyone was raving about her performance. This also shows how amazing Mercedes Moné is. A lot of people can say whatever about her, but when it comes to making someone look great, she always does that. She has helped create new stars and made people bigger than what they were before. Now Mercedes Moné is moving on to the Finals once again at AEW Forbidden Door, as she awaits whether it's Athena or Maya World whom she would face in the Final Round at AEW Forbidden Door. We could see Mercedes Moné going back-to-back in winning the Women's Owen Hart Tournament. Could she do it?

The Main Event Match: The Don Callis Family (Andrade El Idolo, Jake Doyle, Kazuchika Okada, Kevin Knight & Kyle Fletcher) & MJF vs. Darby Allin, Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Briscoe & The Conglomeration (Kyle O’Reilly, Orange Cassidy & Roderick Strong) in a 12-Man Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ****.25 —

My Official Match of the Night for the June 3rd Episode of AEW Dynamite: Mercedes Moné vs. Hazuki in an Owen Hart Women’s Tournament Semi-Final Round Match | The Match Rating: ****.75 — This was an excellent wrestling match that trended Hazuki on Twitter in the US and showcased Mercedes Moné's ability to elevate others. She helped create new stars and is now heading to the AEW Forbidden Door Finals, possibly winning her second Women's Owen Hart Tournament. Will she succeed again?

My June 3rd Official Episode Grade for AEW Dynamite: 8/10 (B+) — Cool episode of AEW Dynamite. I especially loved Hazuki vs. Mercedes Moné, an incredible match that really showcased both women. The episode felt very in-ring heavy in a good way. The Swerve Strickland–Will Ospreay segment was strong and straightforward, clearly setting up their shared goal while highlighting how far they’ve come since being on the same side last year. Now they’ve got different allies and different paths, but they’re colliding at the top. The Main Event was very cool and worked as a great preview of what we might see in the Steel Cage Match at AEW Forbidden Door. Overall, this was a strong show, and I thought it was a good episode.
