In Adam Cole first match of 2024 he takes on The House of Black's own Buddy Matthews in a singles match. But the question is will MJF make an appearance and blindside Adam Cole to cost him a match? Or will Adam Cole prevail and start gaining momentum picking up a solid victory over Buddy Matthews?
Kamille takes on Kris Statlander. As Kris Statlander eyes Mercedes Mone and the AEW TBS Championship she has to get through Kamille to really make a shot at that championship. Also to note Kris Statlander is indeed in fact a former AEW TBS Champion so if she does indeed defeat Kamille and have a shot for the belt against Mercedes Mone she can become a 2x AEW TBS Champion in the future.
Shelton Benjamin is 2-0 since arriving to All Elite Wrestling but he'll face his toughest challenger to date in AEW as he faces the former AEW World Heavyweight Champion Swerve Strickland. This is indeed a huge matchup as MVP been pursuing Swerve Strickland to join him and Shelton Benjamin in The Hurt Syndicate after many attempts MVP had enough as now Shelton Benjamin has to try to conquer Swerve Strickland. But also in the back of many people's mind is will Bobby Lashley finally make his first appearance in All Elite Wrestling? We'll find out.
The Young Bucks have been AEW World Tag Team Champions for many months but tonight they take on Private Party again but there are some stacks, if Private Party doesn't win they'll have to spilt. Also, to note they been a tag team since the formation of All Elite Wrestling so they are one of the first tag teams that entered this company. Can Quen & Zay finally do it? Can they finally break down the walls and make a name for themselves as they have to face again The Young Bucks who are one of the greatest tag teams of all - time that have done it all? Can Private Party do it? That's the question can they finally do it after failing at AEW WrestleDream this is the last shot and possibly be the end of this team if they don't win.
