The December 10th Edition of AEW Winter Is Coming — The Episode Rundown:

• Samoa Joe, the AEW Champion, will go up against the unfiltered and lovable Eddie Kingston in the Main Event of AEW Winter is Coming. Eddie Kingston has a bone to pick after what has been going on as of late with The Opps and seeing Hook turn to the dark side. Can Eddie Kingston do it and become the AEW World Champion? Or will Samoa Joe take every last breath out of Eddie Kingston and make him go to sleep?

• Adam Page and Swerve Strickland, who aren’t the bestest friends and who were long-time enemies, are coming together to take on The Opps’ own Katsuyori Shibata and Powerhouse Hobbs, who are 2/3 of the AEW World Trios Champions, in a Tornado Tag Team Match. The Opps have been at the thorn of Adam Page after the shocking events at AEW WrestleDream, as the group turns heel, and at AEW Full Gear, we saw Swerve Strickland make his return to save someone we didn’t expect him to ever save, but they’ll come together and try to take down The Opps.

• Babes of Wrath and Timeless Love Bombs have made it to the Final Round of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament, and we’ll crown the first-ever Women’s World Tag Team Champion. Babes of Wrath who have clawed their way to this moment as Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale are looking to stop the Timeless Love Bombs in Mina Shirakawa and Toni Storm to become AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions but the same can be saidf for the Timeless Love Bombs as they look to be engraved in history and become the first ever AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions.

• Mike Bailey of JetSpeed is looking to get some points in the Gold League Match against Kyle Fletcher, who has six points in the Gold League. A match that has two of the most exciting talents in AEW will go off against each other, and can Mike Bailey shock everyone and pull an upset, or will Kyle Fketchner jump up to nine points and have a steady path to Worlds Collide.

• Kazuchika Okada will go against Jack Perry in a Gold League as Jack Perry is looking to make some noise and trying to pull off a potenial upset. Kazuchika Okada is aiming to add on and get up to Six Points in the Gold League.
