Thoughts: This episode was okay outside of the fun opener that was displayed by Hologram, and Komander. But the overall show past couple weeks been solid but this one was average at best.
The October 8h, Edition of Tuesday Night AEW Dynamite: Title Tuesday Match Ratings:
The Opening Match: Hologram vs. Komander - Match Rating: **** - Best match of the night. Hologram has been taking AEW by storm, and Komander had a great showing as usual he’s very reliable for AEW. But Hologram at WrestleDream will be taking on The Beast Mortos.
2nd Match: Willow Nightingale vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Nyla Rose vs. Saraya (with Harley Cameron) in a AEW Women’s World Championship #1 Contenders Fatal - Four Way Match - Match Rating: ** - I was happy with who won because this is a huge shot for Willow Nightingale but the match itself wasn’t that good. But Willow Nightingale & Mariah May at WrestleDream is gonna be a fire match hopefully.
3rd Match: Jay White (with Juice Robinson) vs. Cody Chhun - Match Rating: N/A - This was a squash match which led to Jay White calling out Adam Page after the match.
4th Match: Mercedes Mone (with Kamille) (c) vs. Emi Sakura in a AEW TBS Championship & NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship Match - Match Rating: ***.25 - Mercedes Mone and Emi Sakura had a very good match. Emi Sakura is always a joy to watch in the ring wish they could use her more often. But with this match for Mercedes Mone she won’t be wrestling at WrestleDream unless something changes and etc.
