Thoughts on the August 28th, Edition of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite:
Thoughts: Pretty decent show, a lot was going on we were confirmed some matches for ALL OUT like Swerve Strickland vs. Adam Page in a Steel Cage, and we found out who Bryan Danielson will be facing at ALL OUT the TNT Champion Jack Perry. I'm thinking that ALL OUT again for back to back years will be the better show than ALL IN. But for the rest of the show it was okay, the matches were fine, and we saw the Dynimate debut of Ricochet.
The August 28th, Edition of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite Match Ratings:
The Opening Match: Adam Page vs. Tomohiro Ishii - Match Rating: ****.25 - A fire opener, this was hard hitting, and pretty epic. Adam Page gets the victory and afterwords was confronted by Swerve Strickland, and now they'll be facing each other inside a steel cage at AEW: ALL OUT in Chicago. But back to the match it was probably the best match of the show.
2nd Match: Jamie Hayter vs. Harley Cameron (with Saraya) - Match Rating: N/A - Jamie Hayter return match, it was quick, I'm very happy to see her back as she's one of my favorites in AEW. I expect her her brief feud with Saraya she will be eyeing some gold soon.
3rd Match: Hook & The Conglomeration (Kyle O'Reilly, Mark Briscoe, & Orange Cassidy) vs. Roderick Strong & The Learning Tree (Big Bill, Bryan Keith, & Chris Jericho) in a Six - Man Tag Team Match - Match Rating: *** - This was decent, one issue I've is why's Hook still feuding with Chris Jericho? I really want something new for him, and we did see a tease of Roderick Strong coming for the FTW Championship but I hope this is the last time we see Hook & Chris Jericho near each other, they both need fresh new feuds, and new people to face.
The Main Event Match: Ricochet vs. Kyle Fletcher - Match Rating: *** - Ricochet debut on Dynamite, and it was a causal match, I thought it was an okay debut. Many cool spots. I think his run in AEW will be good, and soon he will really start to take off in AEW.
