Thoughts on the February 12th Edition of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite Episode:
Thoughts: This was a very enjoyable episode of AEW. I thought this show delivered on all-cylinders besides The Death Riders stuff because that's awful television. A couple of matches on the show I liked especially MJF vs. Dustin Rhodes which ended with Hangman Page brawling with MJF. I'm very excited about the AEW Grand Slam which is this Saturday in Australia.

The Opening Match: Adam Page vs. Max Caster in a Singles Match | Match Rating: N/A | This was a squash match with an angry Adam Hangman Page defeating the obnoxious Max Caster in his Open Challenge Match.
2nd Match: Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, PAC & Wheeler Yuta) (c) vs. The Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong) in a Trios Match for the AEW World Trios Championship | Match Rating: ***.50 | This was an okay match. I was thrilled to see the AEW World Trios Titles to be defended. I don't remember the last time they were defended. The overall match dragged towards the end and The Death Riders retained.
3rd Match: Hook, Katsuyori Shibata & Samoa Joe defeated Aaron Solo, Jon Cruz & Rosario Grillo in a Trio Match | Match Rating: N/A | This was the 2nd Squash match on the show with the newly formed group called "The Opps" quickly getting the win.
4th Match: MJF vs. Dustin Rhodes in a Singles Match | Match Rating: ****.25 | This was my match of the night. MJF got the win as Dustin Rhodes was fading with the referee leading to have no choice but to call off the match and give the victory to MJF. Adam Page came out and a brawl ensued before the match they had a brief confrontation with MJF berating Hangman Page which led to Hangman coming out later and a lot of security had to restain both men from hurting each other even more but this match was very solid and I enjoyed it.
5th Match: Megan Bayne vs. Maya World in a Singles Match| Match Rating: N/A | This was Megan Bayne's first singles match in AEW had a quick victory as she defeated Maya World in a minute. Megan Bayne has a super high potential in AEW and can be a huge threat in the Women's Division.
6th Match: Kris Statlander vs. Penelope Ford in a Singles Match | Match Rating: *** | This was just a filler match on the show it seemed like. Kris Statlander gets the win over Penelope Ford. But I can say Kris Statlander is a top three women wrestler in AEW today.
The Main Event Match: The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) (with MVP) (c) vs.The Gunns (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) in a Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship | Match Rating: ***.75 | This was a very fine main event. The Gunns returned weeks back to make it known they were coming for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. The AEW Tag Division has been reignited because of The Hurt Syndicate being a great choice to represent the division.

The February 12th | Edition of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite | Show Grade: 7.50/10 (B) | This was a very fun episode go-home episode before the AEW Grand Slam in Australia.
