The Opening Match: Will Ospreay vs. Mark Davis (with Don Callis) in a Singles Match | Match Rating: ***.75 | This caught me by surprise: a heel turn by Mark Davis as he's officially aligned himself with the Don Callis Family, a team he went against in the past. But this was a solid TV match, nothing too special. Will This caught me by surprise: Mark Davis has made a surprising heel turn by officially aligning himself with the Don Callis Family, a group he opposed in the past. The match was solid on TV, though not particularly outstanding. Will Ospreay claim victory over his former friend as he builds momentum for the match against Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher at the AEW Grand Slam in Australia, where he will team with Kenny Omega in a Tag Team Match.

The Don Callis Family racked up the win to build more confidence and momentum before their match against Kenny The Don Callis Family faced off against Brody King and Buddy Matthews in an entertaining tag team match. They secured the victory to boost their confidence and momentum ahead of their match against Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay next week at the AEW Grand Slam in Australia.
3rd Match: Toni Storm vs. Queen Aminata in a Singles Match | Match Rating: **.50 | The match was decent. But the highlight was Toni Storm coming out dressed as Mariah May. She nails the Mariah May movements and moves. For a second I thought it was Mariah May but I had to look closer and realized it was Toni Storm. I liked the fact Queen Aminata had a match on Dynamite hopefully in the coming weeks they give her more opportunities because she's one hell of a talent.
The Main Event Match: Ricochet vs. Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana) in a Singles Match | Match Rating: ****.25 | It was an incredibly entertaining match, with Ricochet achieving a significant victory. At the outset, Ricochet caught Swerve Strickland off guard, leading to some impressive back-and-forth action. This match served as a strong main event, elevating Ricochet into the Main Event scene, he has now become a crucial character on AEW television. I believe this feud isn't over, and I wouldn't mind seeing a best-of-three series between these two, but for now, Ricochet leads 1-0 against Swerve Strickland. Additionally, AEW deserves credit for making Ricochet feel important, allowing him to tap into a new side of himself by showcasing his abilities as a heel—something he wasn't permitted to do in WWE.
