The Opening Match: Death Riders (Jon Moxley & Marnia Shafir) & Gabe Kidd (with Wheeler Yuta) defeated Mark Briscoe, Mike Bailey & Willow Nightingale in a Mixed Six-Person Tag Team Match | via Referee’s Decision | (18:41)

2nd Match: Megan Bayen & Penelope Ford defeated Anna Jay & Harley Cameron in a No DQ Tag Team Match | via Pin-Fall | (11:01)

3rd Match: The Opps (Katsuyori Shibata, Powerhouse Hobbs & Samoa Joe) defeated The Frat House (Cole Krater, Griff Garrison & Preston Vance) in a Six-Man Tag Team Match | via Pin-Fall | (03:12)

My Thoughts on the May 28th Episode of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite:

My Thoughts: This was a solid episode of Dynamite, which was mainly highlighted by the star-studded opener where Will Ospreay wanted Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland to make amends, but both men said no, as there are a lot of bridges that need to be repaired by both men. But the overall show was very fun, with solid matches, and we saw Toni and Mercedes' interaction in a very fun episode of Dynamite.

The May 28th | Episode of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite | Match Ratings:

The Opening Match: Death Riders (Jon Moxley & Marnia Shafir) & Gabe Kidd (with Wheeler Yuta) vs. Mark Briscoe, Mike Bailey & Willow Nightingale in a Mixed Six-Person Tag Team Match |  Match Rating: ****.25 | A very fun opener of a match. A lot of chaos, and as expected, the Death Riders got the win and continue to run AEW. What stood out to me in this match is the alliance with Gabe Kidd.

2nd Match: Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford vs. Anna Jay & Harley Cameron in a No DQ Tag Team Match | Match Rating: ***.50 | This was such a fun match. I heard the rumors of the AEW Women's Tag Titles. They have some solid teams, so I won't mind that. But this was a very fun No DQ Tag Team Match.

3rd Match: The Opps (Katsuyori Shibata, Powerhouse Hobbs & Samoa Joe) vs. The Frat House (Cole Krater, Griff Garrison & Preston Vance) in a Six-Man Tag Team Match | Match Rating: N/A | This was a squash match for The Opps, a very easy victory for them against The Frat House, who are mainly on Ring of Honor television.

4th Match: Adam Cole (c) vs. Kyle Flecther (with Lance Archer) in a Singles Title Match for the AEW TNT Championship | Match Rating: ** | This match was a mess. This was easily Kyle Fletcher's worst match of the year. There was also a huge mishap as Kyle Fletcher was trying to nail a powerbomb, also got Adam Cole to crack his head on the apron, but missed but an inch. This was a poor match. I thought it was going to be a show stealer, but it didn't do much for me.

The Main Event Match: Brody King vs. Josh Alexander (with Lance Archer) in an AEW International Championship Qualifier Match | Match Rating: **** | Another great match from this show, this was a very good TV Match. I thought Josh Alexander was going to win, but I'm also glad that Brody King got the win, as he gets a chance to fight for the AEW International Championship.

The May 28th | Edition of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite | Episode Grade: 7/10 (B-) | A very solid episode of Dynamite. I liked the opening segment and the segment between the AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm going face-to-face with who she will be facing at AEW ALL IN Texas in Mercedes Moné.
