The August 15th Episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown — The Episode Rundown:

• Drew McIntyre gave the WWE Champion Cody Rhodes a vicious attack after the DQ Finish for the Tag Team Main Event Match, where Drew McIntyre tagged with Logan Paul as Cody Rhodes tagged with John Cena. Drew McIntyre gave one of his greatest Claymores ever as he had Cody Rhodes’ head go through the bottom of the SmackDown announcer table.

• Carmelo Hayes confronted The Miz on last week's SmackDown, asking where he was and inquiring about a WWE United States Title Match. However, The Miz said he had a tag team match scheduled for the following week on SmackDown. So tonight, in their second tag team match as a unit, they’ll face the fan-favorite team in Fraxiom. Will Carmelo Hayes be able to trust The Miz, or will they come out on top?

• D.I.Y. last week were arguing with The Street Profits before the General Manager of SmackDown, and issued a match for this week’s SmackDown. The 2x Tag Team Champions D.I.Y. will face the 2x WWE Tag Team Champions in The Street Profits in a re-hash of their rivalry tonight.

• 1/2 of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Alexa Bliss, will face off against one of the Secret Hervice members in Piper Niven, in some singles action tonight. As the Women’s Tag Division is starting to heat a lot of teams are targeting Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair as they hold the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.

1. Melo Don’t Miz (Carmelo Hayes & The Miz) vs. Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) in a Tag Team Match.

2. D.I.Y. (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) vs. The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) in a Tag Team Match.

3. Alexa Bliss vs. Piper Niven in a Singles Match.
