The May 2nd | Episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown | The Episode Rundown:

• After hitting a 2nd RKO on John Cena last week, what words does he have for his longtime rival as we hear from him tonight on Friday Night SmackDown, as next week on Saturday at Backlash, he challenges for the WWE Championship in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, against John Cena.

• Aleister Black returned to WWE after being away from the company for the past four years and has his first match back in WWE since 2020. Tonight, as he goes against the man he Black Mass’d in The Miz. As it starts tonight, Aleister Black is looking to rebuild himself through the ranks.

• LA Knight takes on Damian Priest. After a little disagreement last week, this match was made for tonight’s episode of SmackDown.
