The April 18th Edition of WWE Friday Night WrestleMania SmackDown | The Show Rundown:

  • The final face-off between WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and John Cena. This Sunday at WrestleMania in the Main Event of Night Two, they’ll finally dish it out, but before that big match, they’ll have their final parting words. John Cena makes his first appearance on SmackDown since 2023.

  • Seth Rollins speaks his mind as he opens Friday Night SmackDown before his WrestleMania Main Event Match on Night One against CM Punk & Roman Reigns. What are his final parting words before the big match tomorrow?

  • The Street Profits have been fighting champions, and they’ll have their 2nd Title Defense as they face Motor City Machine Guns. For months, the Motor City Machine Guns have been fighting for a chance to regain the WWE Tag Team Championships, but tonight they have a chance in the Main Event of the special WrestleMania SmackDown Episode.

  • Katan Chance, Kayden Carter & Zelina Vega have issues with The Green Regime. Tonight, in a six-woman tag Team Match, they’ll all have a match. Zelina Vega last week won in a count-out victory against the WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green. She’s looking to do it again in this six-woman tag Team Match.

  • The 11th Annual André The Giant Battle Royal takes place tonight. Both brands, RAW and SmackDown, will have a chance to hold the André The Giant Battle Royal Trophy.


The Announced Matches for the April 18th Edition of WWE Friday Night WrestleMania SmackDown:

  1. The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) (c) vs. The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) in a Tag Team Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

  2. Katana Chance, Kayden Carter & Zelina Vega vs. The Green Regime (Alba Fyre, Chelsea Green & Piper Niven) in a Six-Women Tag Team Match.

  3. André The Giant Memorial 2025 Battle Royal.
