Oba Femi, the Ruler, the WWE NXT Champion he has been running and dominating since his arrival in NXT. He faces Je’Von Evans, who beat Trick Williams to earn this match, which will Main event of WWE Heatwave. This is a David vs. Goliath match. Je’Von Evans is looking to add his first piece of Gold and become WWE NXT Champion.
Jordynne Grace lost her match at WWE EVolution thanks to the hands of Blake Monroe, who Jorydnne Grace thought was her friend. The back-stabbing led to Jorydnne Grace becoming unhinged, trying to destroy Blake Monroe every chance she gets. This will be Blake Monroe’s first Singles PLE Match in WWE, so she has to find a way to get herself the win, or will Jorydnne Grace get her revenge and come away with the victory?
Hank And Tank have been the WWE NXT Tag Team Champions since defeating Fraxiom at WWE Stand and Deliver. Since the arrival of DarkState, they have been running around causing mayhem, and they are targeting the WWE NXT Tag Team Titles as they are looking to take those titles away from Hank and Tank tonight at WWE Heatwave.
Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan, and Lola Vuice, all three women, have a chance to earn a WWE NXT Women’s Title shot if one of them wins this Triple Threat Number One Contendership Match. Jaida Parker has been frustrated with the lack of chances, Kelani Jordan seems to be at a loss for direction, and Lola Vice has had a very uneventful 2025, but all can change with whoever comes out victorious in this match tonight.
Jacy Jayne is on top of the TNA and NXT Women’s Division, but tonight she will defend her TNA Knockouts World Title against the women she beat to get the title in Masha Slamovich, and she will face Ash By Elegance in a Triple Threat Match. Jacy Jayne is looking to continue her reign of terror on both divisions as she looks to try to retain her title tonight.
The unlikely alliance in Chelsea Green and Ethan Page, who’s the WWE NXT North American Champion, has been issuing how Canada is superior to the United States as he rebranded his title into a Canadian Style Title. Tavion Heights broke away from Charlie Dempsey and No Quarter Catch Crew to establish himself on his own, but he wants the WWE NXT North American Title; an issue occurred. This is where Tyra Mae Steele comes into the picture, as in a Mixed tag team Match, both Chelsea Green and Ethan Page will tag together to face against Tavion Heights and Tyra Mae Steele tonight.
