Thoughts on the December 30th, Edition of WWE Monday Night RAW Show:

Thoughts: What an amazing RAW. This show over delivered. Every match on the card was fun, and the crowd made it better. The ending of RAW we saw CM Punk & Seth Rollins deliver one of the best face offs in recent memory to add a final heat to their match next week.

The December 30th, Edition of WWE Monday Night RAW Match Ratings:

The Opening Match: Chad Gable (with Brutus Creed, Ivy Nile, and Julius Creed) vs. Otis (with Akira Tozawa & Maxxine Dupri) in a Singles Match - Match Rating: ***.50 - Otis is such a beast. This match rocked. I loved the opener match for Monday Night RAW. The fans were indeed hot for this match the back & forth between both men was sick I loved the outside attacks between Alpha Academy and American Made. Otis not getting the win sucked but Chad Gable needed this win badly as he been losing every feud in the recent months. Now I really hope American Made moves to SmackDown and be a serious factor on the weekly show.

2nd Match: Dakota Kai vs. Zoey Stark in a Singles Match in the Semi - Finals Match of the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament - Match Rating: ***.50 - This was a very good semi - finals match. This was Dakota Kai best singles match in my opinion on the main roster. Zoey Stark is also a highly underrated wrestler. Both women had great chemistry and I thought this match really got into another gear. Dakota Kai advancing to the Final Round of the Tournament was the right choice as she been overlooked and I'm very happy she's in an important spot potentially about to win her first singles gold on the main roster.

3rd Match: The War Raiders (Erik & Ivar) & Damian Priest vs. The Judgement Day (Carlito, Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh) in a Six - Man Tag Team Match - Match Rating: ***.25 - A very enjoyable Six - Man Tag Team Match. The Judgement Day new theme is awful I don't know why they switched from the amazing Alter Bridge theme. But this match was very much indeed fun. I love how over Damian Priest is now with the crowd same with The War Raiders this is the best The War Raiders have ever been booked on the Main Roster I have to give my thanks to Triple H for saving them because they were beast in New Japan & in NXT so seeing them be in important stories and be the faces of the RAW Tag Division is something that was needed because they can have good title defenses and make the division feel important really hope they make this title a warhorse title as well. The Judgement Day I feel like is on the cusp of ending in 2025 this group needs to be dissolved because it just doesn't hit the same. Finn Balor is soon to depart as tension continues to grow I have a feeling JD McDonagh will go along with Finn Balor as the group continues to crumble. I just want Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio to go on their own and have a great year as single competitors. I hope soon the Finn Balor and Damian Priest feud ends. But other than that very fun six - man tag team match.

The Main Event Match: Lyra Valkyria vs. Iyo Sky in a Singles Match in the Semi - Finals Match of the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament - Match Rating: ****.25 - This is what the women's division can do when they are given good amount of time. Both Semi - Finals matches delivered I really enjoyed this match now Lyra Valkyria has two clean wins over Iyo Sky and in two weeks she'll be battling Dakota Kai to determine who'll be the first ever WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship. Amazing Match toward the end the crowd really starts to get into the match. I thought Iyo Sky was gonna get it but once Lyra Valkyria got the pin into a bridge I knew from there it was Lyra Valkyria victory. I think Lyra Valkyria will be the 1st ever WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion. I really hope this is the workhorse title because Lyra Valkyria can have a great match with any women on the RAW roster I'm excited in two weeks when Lyra Valkryia and Dakota Kai face off to determine who the first ever champion will be. Also, this is what I wanna see every week in the women's division because they've hoopers left and right I'm very happy that both Semi - Finals matches had a good amount of time and both delivered and got good praise by the online fans, and people behind the scenes. Great main event match both women killed it.

The December 30th, WWE Monday Night RAW Match of the Night: Lyra Valkyria vs. Iyo Sky in a Singles Match in the Semi - Finals Match of the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament - Match Rating: ****.25

The December 30th, Edition of WWE Monday Night RAW Show Grade: 8.50/10 (A-) - This show over - delivered. I thought from the start to the end the crowd was hot, the segments were good, and the matches over - delivered. Last episode on the USA Network as they move to Netflix next week. But this was a good way to end RAW on Cable Television with this episode.
