Roman Reigns is going to return tonight. The last time we saw the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, he was confronted by his old best friend and Shield stablemate, Seth Rollins, as a WWE World Heavyweight Contract Signing will take place tonight. Seth Rollins told Roman Reigns how he has never beaten Seth Rollins, that during his historic 1316 Day WWE World Title Reign the only person he couldn't beat was Seth Rollins, and the man who ended that reign was because of the help of Seth Rollins as with that Cody Rhodes took down The Tribal Chief at WrestleMania XL, after all that was said Roman Reigns he said it's his mission to defeat Seth Rollins at WWE SummerSlam. But tonight in Dallas, Texas, with an open microphone, what'll Roman Reigns have to say for his lead-up to his match at SummerSlam?
Penta has had a fantastic WWE Intercontinental Title reign. He has beaten the likes of Ethan Page, Je'Von Evans & Rey Mysterio, but with him being a fighting champion, he wants a challenger for SummerSlam, as tonight in a 7-Man Gauntlet No. 1 Contender's Match the winner will go on to SummerSlam to challenge for Penta's WWE Intercontinental Championship. The following competitors are Chad Gable, who is from Minnesota, which will be hosting WWE SummerSlam; he has been on his own redemption arc and wants the one title he has been chasing for years now. Dominik Mysterio, the former 2x WWE Intercontinental Champion, lost the title to Penta and wants it back to become a 3x WWE Intercontinental Champion. Dragon Lee, one of the bright spots on Monday Night RAW who has never held a Singles Title on the Main Roster, who did face Penta for the WWE Intercontinental Title in a losing defeat, now wants to redeem himself by getting to SummerSlam to challenge for the WWE Intercontinental Title. Ethan Page, someone who faced Penta at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event in Indiana in a losing defeat has always talked about his dream of being Intercontinental Champion. By winning this Gauntlet Match, he would be a step closer to achieving that. Je'Von Evans the Young OG, who has been one of the rising stars in the world of wrestling, has a big-chip on his shoulder as he's the most inexpeirence in this match, but with how he is when his back against the wall don't count out the Young OG as he could shock the worldf, and head to SummerSlam to challenge for the WWE Intercontinental Title, a title he been eyeing at since his arrival to the Main Roster. Say His Name, and he appears. Joe Hendry has been a fan-favorite since arriving on the Main Roster; he has been dealing with The Vision but took a detour, as now he wants to be challenging for some gold. Now he has a chance to do that by winning this; he goes to SummerSlam to face Penta for the WWE Intercontinental Title. Lastly, the man everyone should fear, as he's going to be a tough individual to take down, is Rusev, who has been growing an alliance with Ethan Page in recent weeks, and even as a Tag Team, defeated Chad Gable & Dragon Lee last week on Monday Night RAW. This is a big opportunity for everyone involved. Gauntlet Matches are all about awareness and stamina, so who'll be able to punch their ticket to the "Biggest Party of the Summer" and face Penta for the WWE Intercontinental Championship?
Bayley was stabbed in the back on the June 22nd Episode of Monday Night RAW by her best friend Lyra Valkyria after their failed attempted to get the WWE Women's Tag Team Title Match which they came up short in as Lyra Valkyria turned heel for the 1st time on the Main Roster, and we saw a promo of a dishoveled Lyra Valkyria as she wasn't donning her signature look more of a mess, and tonight they'll be face-to-face as we expect some chaos to ensue. But Bayley, who has been emotional and confused, wants to hear some answers from Lyra Valkyria on why she did what she did, and why she chose to attack her.
IYO SKY has been on a roll, she won Queen of the Ring against the WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan, who she chose as her oppenent for WWE SummerSlam for the WWE Women's World Title, and now tonight IYO SKY will face Roxanne Perez of The Judgement Day in some Singles Action, as IYO SKY looks to contiune to embrasses The Judgement Day to build more momentum before her huge WWE Women's World Title Match at WWE SummerSlam in Minneapolis. But can Roxanne Perez please the WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan by defeating IYO SKY tonight on Monday Night RAW?
Brock Lesnar issued the challenge for a Hell in a Cell Match at SummerSlam on his Home State Turf of Minnesota. We saw what Oba Femi had to say on the July 6th Episode of Monday Night RAW to Paul Heyman as he cut a passionate promo. But tonight, Brock Lesnar will be LIVE in Dallas, Texas, with Paul Heyman by his side, as he addresses Oba Femi once again.
