My Official Thoughts on the April 6th Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW:
My Official Thoughts: This was enjoyable for me, because the main thing that held me up watching this show was the segments and the Six-Man Tag Team Match. CM Punk's promo was great. He attacked Roman Reigns and said what everyone wants to say about TKO. This was great, and he thought it added a lot to the ongoing issues with WWE. The Matches on the show weren't up there besides the Six-Man Tag Team Match, which was filled with awesome high-flying action mixed in with the fact that Rey Mysterio will be at WrestleMania in a Ladder Match, which is so wild, he's 51 years old, I think, with how his knees are, I just pray he survives. The closing segment with Oba Femi was very great. He is the next big thing in this company and has been treated like one. Also, Seth Rollins & Gunther stuff was very enjoyable when Seth Rollins is a serious character, without the corny antics; he is very enjoyable to watch. But next week is the RAW Go-Home show before WrestleMania, so let's see what happens when he gets to RAW next week.
The April 6th Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW — My Official Match Ratings:
The Opening Match: Austin Theory (with IShowSpeed & Logan Paul) vs. LA Knight in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: **.25 — This was a very medicore match as LA Knight who recently attacked IShowSpeed while he was streaming on Twitch & YouTube had seen him at ringside, Austin Theory, was trying to weaken LA Knight throughout the match, but LA Knight was having a decent performance can't say the same with Austin Theory but business started to pick up when Logan Paul shoved IShowSpeed into the back of LA Knight which irate LA Knight which led to the Usos coming out, but because of the many outside distractions, Austin Theory grab the trunks of LA Knight to get the win. But afterwards, we saw LA Knight scream to the General Manager of RAW, Adam Pearce, that he wants The Vision, & IShowSpeed at WrestleMania, in which it was made official as LA Knight will tag with The Usos to take on IShowSpeed & The Vision at WrestleMania.
The 2nd Match: Bayley (with Lyra Valkyria) vs. Lash Legend (with Nia Jax) in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: ** — When I saw this match replace JD McDonagh & Finn Bálor, I was quite excited, I was like, we’re getting Bayley and Lash Legend in a Singles Match? Count me in. But sadly, this match didn't hold up to the standards, which wasn't because of the wrestlers; it was with the outside noises and the finish of this match. I do think the Women's Tag Team Title Fatal-Four Way Tag Match will be a show-stealer. Sometimes the math is better than the build, but I really hope we get something going, as we are a week away from WrestleMania, so I would like some good drama to heighten the hype for this Women's Tag Team Title Match at WrestleMania.
The 3rd Match: Dragon Lee, Je’Von Evans & Penta vs. Los Americanos (Bravo Americano, El Grande Americano & Rayo Americano) in a Six-Man Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ***.75 — Such a sick match, after what Pat McAfee said about high-flyers yeah he can kiss my ass because this match was better than anything he done in his NFL & WWE Career. But this match was so much fun, the crowd was so into it, and everyone was flying everywhere. Je'Von Evans caught an insane height. Like, this was such an electric Six-Man Tag Team Match. Dragon Lee & Penta were going at 100 MPH speed, the way they were trying to beat the Los Americanos. My favorite moment of this match is when Je'Von Evans hit an insane OG Cutter that looked like he was floating in the sky as he got the Los Americanos down to get the win. After the match, Rey Mysterio returned, as he was added to the WWE Intercontinental Title Match at WrestleMania, making it a 6-Pack Ladder Match.
The Main Event Match: RHIYO (IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley) vs. B-Fab & Michin (with Jade Cargill) in a Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: N/A — This shouldn't have been the Main Event Match. I'm sorry, B-Fab. I like her as a person, but her in-ring material isn't good. Not going to tear her down, do hope she one day improves, but it's very evident she hasn't. Michin was doing a solid job in this match, but in the end, we saw RHIYO get the win. Afterwards, we saw IYO SKY get assaulted by Jade Cargill as we finally get our first piece of material within this Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley feud, because the after-match segment was very well done.
The April 6th Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW — My Official Match of the Night: Dragon Lee, Je’Von Evans & Penta vs. Los Americanos (Bravo Americano, El Grande Americano & Rayo Americano) in a Six-Man Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: ***.75 — Such a fun high-flying Six-Man Tag Team Matches, these style of matches, always make the show a lot better noting all six-men involved in this match are amazing wrestlers in the ring, also it was really cool to see Rey Mysterio return to ber inserted into the Six-Pack Ladder Match for the WWE Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania.
The April 6th Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW — My Official Episode Grade: 6.50/10 (C+) — A lot of solid segments to build up some programs for WrestleMania, my main issues when it comes to RAW are that the matches suck. There will be one solid match, then the rest are unbearable to watch. They need to fix that after WrestleMania and give us some compelling matches mixed in with some fun creative storylines.
