Thoughts on the April 7th Edition of WWE Monday Night RAW on Netflix Episode:
Thoughts: This was a solid episode of Monday Night RAW. The segments that were showcased in tonight's show were great. The matches that were on display for this show were very fun, especially the Lyra Valkyria vs. Bayley match, which started off the show. WrestleMania is around the corner, but this was a very solid episode that helped a lot of the feuds feel more important, and we saw a little tease of a Seth Rollins heel turn, which I think is brewing. This is what I want RAW to be every week, as the show has been very fun since its arrival on Netflix. But great job for starting to make the programs feel important before WrestleMania.
The April 7th | Edition of WWE Monday Night RAW on Netflix | Match Ratings:
The Opening Match: Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Bayley in a Singles Match for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship | Match Rating: ****.25 | This was a very good TV Title Match. Lyra Valkyria and Bayley were having a very fun match. I love the styles they were displaying in this match also, I thought this match was a lot better than their Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match back in February. But Lyra Valkyria retained her title after pinning Bayley by a roll-up to still be champion. A very enjoyable match, probably Lyra Valkyria's best title defense match to date, and I wish this match would've taken place at WrestleMania and given more time. But I have a feeling Bayley & Lyra Valkyria will be the ones who challenge the current WWE Women's Tag Team Champions in Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez of The Judgement Day.
2nd Match: American Made (Brutus Creed & Julius Creed) & El Grande Americano (with Ivy Nile) vs. LWO (Cruz Del Toro, Dragon Lee & Joaquin Wilde) (with Rey Mysterio) in a Six-Man Tag Team Match | Match Rating: **** | This was such a fun Six-Man Tag Team Match. Joaquin Wilde had one of the coolest spots so far for me from this wrestling year, as he was up in the air for so long with an amazing outside diving move thanks to the help of his partner Cruz Del Toro. Dragon Lee was hooping in this match as he was unleashed he looked amazing in this match. The Creed Brothers were killing it, as well, as they were performing some insane stuff. El Grande Americano, the newcomer, has been very impressive as he helped pick up the win. This was an awesome match. Everyone in this match deserves some flowers because this is what I'm talking about: the fans loved it, the action in the ring was awesome, and we saw some insane stuff, more of this weekly, and I love the usage of Dragon Lee has been getting as of late finally booking him consistently and having him in some programs alongside Rey Mysterio.
3rd Match: The War Raiders (Erik & Ivar) (c) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) in a Tag Team Match for the WWE World Tag Team Championships | Match Rating: N/A | A dud from the show. I thought this was going to be competitive, but it became The New Day demolishing The War Raiders. I think now we know at WrestleMania, these two will have a rematch for the titles. But it just sucks they wasted this match when they could've just announced it for WrestleMania and started a short build towards it.
The Main Event Match: Penta vs. Dominik Mysterio (with Carlito) in a Singles Match | Match Rating: ***.50 | I enjoyed this match so much. I've become a huge fan of Dominik Mysterio as he improved so much in the ring and has been one of my favorites on the Monday Night RAW roster. Penta looked great in this match, as well. I'm very glad no interference happened to ruin this match because I thought The Judgement Day would cost a DQ, but luckily, it didn't happen. Dominik Mysterio pulled out a destroyer, which popped me big time. But Penta got the win. Afterward, Bron Breakker speared the living hell out of Carlito and targeted everyone in his view. Finn Balor held up the WWE Intercontinental Championship as the crowd gave a mixed reaction. But I'm enjoying the build of this match for WrestleMania. At first, I wasn't happy with the Fatal-Four Way Match, but now I'm okay with it, as the build has been fun.

The April 7th | Edition of WWE Monday Night RAW on Netflix | Episode Grade: 7/10 (B-) | A very solid episode of Monday Night RAW. I enjoyed the matches that were on display in this show. I enjoyed the segments that were on display. WrestleMania is in a week, and the feuds are starting to heat up at the right time, as this was a very good RAW episode that helped maximize some of the feuds leading towards the big show.
