The June 30th | Episode of WWE Monday Night RAW — The Episode Rundown:

• The New Day will have their 2nd Title Defense since winning the WWE World Tag Team Titles from the War Raiders, as they will face off against The Judgement Day's own Finn Balor and JD McDonagh as they look to reclaim the titles back into their grasp. Can the Judgement Day reclaim the titles they lost last year, or will the New Day's sneaky tactics and tricks come into play as they look to retain?

• Friends are now bitter rivals. The history between these two goes way back as Rusev and Sheamus were in a group called League of Nations and were once upon of time on top of WWE. But with Rusev departing for many years before returning to WWE. He came back with a new perspective and attitude, and Sheamus wants to kick Rusev's face now he has a chance, as tonight he'll face off with him.

• After the events that unfolded during the Main Event of Night of Champions, where Penta and Sami Zayn intervened to stop Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, General Manager of Monday Night RAW, Adam Pearce, announced on social media that for the first time, Penta will team up with Sami Zayn to take on Seth Rollins's henchmen, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, with Paul Heyman lurking at ringside.

• Rhea Ripley, fresh off a significant victory against one-half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, Raquel Rodriguez, in a Riddy Street Fight at WWE Night of Champions last Saturday, has plans for her future. We will hear from Rhea Ripley as she discusses the next steps in her career with Evolution approaching.

• WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther will be in Pittsburgh to talk about his upcoming opponent at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, Goldberg. The two have a brief history, as Gunther made a fool of Goldberg at WWE Bad Blood last year. An irritated Goldberg jumped from the crowd, ready to confront Gunther. Next week, we will hear Gunther's final words before their match.

• General Manager Adam Pearce of Monday Night RAW and General Manager Nick Aldis of Friday Night SmackDown will discuss plans for Evolution, which is just weeks away. Fans are eagerly waiting for the announcement regarding this all-women's event.
