At Saturday Night's Main Event, we saw the long-awaited return of Cody Rhodes as he saved Jey Uso from a beatdown from the WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul. He issued a challenge for a Tag Team Match at Money in the Bank, with his tag partner being the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso, and John Cena's partner being Logan Paul. Cody Rhodes lost his title to John Cena at WrestleMania 41 in the Main Event of Night Two and heartbroken he took a step back and took a hiatus with this return he starts his redemption arc as he will be eyeing that World Title as he'll make it his mission to regain the title he loses in shady fashion. Jey Uso has a history with John Cena as he eliminated John Cena at the WWE Royal Rumble to earn his WrestleMania World Title Match. An all-star Tag Team Match, which is the headline of the show, has a lot of star power now with Cody Rhodes eying John Cena. What will be Jon Cena's tricks to make sure Cody Rhodes doesn't get the upper hand?
Lyra Valkyira, after defeating Becky Lynch at WWE Backlash, was attacked afterwards as she became 2-0 against her once idol and mentor. Lyra Valkyria has been on the upswing, with Becky Lynch being jealous of it all. At Money in the Bank for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship, if Becky Lynch loses, she'll never challenge for the title as long as Lyra Valkyria is withholding the championship. But if Becky Lynch wins the title, Lyra Valkryia will have to raise Becky Lynch's hand and make sure she is the better man. A lot of jealousy from Becky Lynch, who was once beloved by many, has made an enemy out of her student Lyra Valkyria and soon-to-return Bayley. A lot of targets on the back of "The Man," but she has one mission and is to be the WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion.
