My Official Thoughts on the April 21st Episode of WWE NXT Revenge Week Two:

My Official Thoughts: A very strong episode of NXT overall, highlighted by some incredible performances from the women’s division, who absolutely stole the show with a series of hard-fought, high-energy matches. The Casket Match and the Last Woman Standing Match, in particular, were standout bouts that not only delivered on the hype but surpassed expectations with their intensity, pacing, and storytelling. Both matches felt important, well-built, and had the kind of dramatic moments that keep you invested from start to finish. Beyond those marquee matches, the rest of the card was consistently solid, with good in-ring work and story progression throughout the night. NXT continues to find a nice balance between showcasing established names and giving rising talent more time to shine, which helps keep the product feeling fresh while still anchored by familiar faces. The show as a whole moved at a good pace, with very few dull moments and a clear sense of direction heading into the coming weeks. NXT is in a good place right now, and this episode was another example of that steady momentum. Looking ahead, there’s even more to be excited about: next week, Lizzy Rain makes her debut, and she’s someone who has the potential to add real depth and star power to the women’s roster. With the division already performing at such a high level, her arrival could make things even more competitive and elevate the overall quality of the show even further.

The Opening Match: Myles Borne (c) vs. Dion Lennox (with Cutler James, Osiris Griffin & Saquon Shugars) in a WWE NXT North American Title Match | The Match Rating: ***.25 — A very decent match, but the whole important piece from this match is the tension between Dion Lennox & Saquon Shugars as if you saw the ending of the match you saw them collided. As it helped Myles Borne to retain his title, next week, Saquon Shugars will face Myles Borne for the WWE NXT North American Title on WWE NXT.

The 2nd Match: Keanu Carver vs. Joe Hendry in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: **.50 — It was okay, the result of the match is how it should've been, as Keanu Carver gets the win as it builds him up, but the match wasn't anything spectacular. As for Joe Hendry, he's moving to Monday Night RAW, as he has a live concert on the show next week. Now his 2024-2026 tenure in NXT has come to an official close.

The 3rd Match: Lexis King (with Arianna Grace, Channing Lorenzo, Charlie Dempsey & Uriah Connors) vs. EK Prosper in a WWE Speed Title Tournament Final Match | The Match Rating: N/A — EK Prosper I thought was going to win this match, so seeing Lexis King win came as a surpise because I didn’t expect him to win whatsoever but this is his 2nd Title he won in WWE, and for Ek Prosper his stock rises, as he is one of the best signings for NXT from EVOLVE in 2026.

The 4th Match: Tatum Paxley (c) vs. Blake Monroe in a WWE NXT Women’s North American Title Casket Match | The Match Rating: ****.25 —  This was such a fun Casket Match. This marked the first casket Match involving a title since 1998, when HBK defended his title against The Undertaker in a casket match. So, it was cool for HBK to create this match for the show. It was entertaining. I loved how there were a lot of close calls. But this is a great win for Tatum Paxley, it also asks the querstion is Blake Monroe is moving up to the Main Roster? Or is she going after the NXT Women's Title?

The Main Event Match: Zaria vs. Sol Ruca in a Last Woman Standing Match | The Match Rating: ****.50 — Amazing Last Woman Standing Match. This feud has been one of the best feuds in WWE in 2026. I loved how this was the ending of the feud, as for Sol Ruca, the Main Roster call-up to Monday Night RAW. Great storytelling in this match, a lot of drama filled in this match, and the ending was crazy as it looked like Sol Ruca got Spike Dudley. Zaria getting the win is the right call, and now the feud is over. Sol Ruca should go after the WWE Women's Intercontinental Title, and Zaria should be the next WWE NXT Women's Champion.

The April 21st Episode of WWE NXT Revenge Week Two — My Match of the Night: Zaria vs. Sol Ruca in a Last Woman Standing Match | The Match Rating: ****.50 — Amazing Last Woman Standing Match. This feud has been one of the best in WWE in 2026. I loved how it concluded, especially with Sol Ruca’s debut on Monday Night RAW. The match had excellent storytelling, filled with drama, and the ending was crazy; it looked like Sol Ruca got Spike Dudley. Zaria’s victory was the right choice, and now the feud is over. Sol Ruca should aim for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title, while Zaria should become the next WWE NXT Women’s Champion.

The April 21st Episode of WWE NXT Revenge Week Two — My Official Episode Grade: 8.50/10 (A-) — A very strong episode of NXT, and what a performance by the woman, as they had amazing matches. The Casket Match and Last Woman Standing Match were great watches and really delivered. The rest of the show was solid, but NXT is doing fine, and next week, Lizzy Rain debuts, who is someone who will add a lot to the Women’s Roster.
