My Official Thoughts on WWE NXT Stand & Deliver:

My Official Thoughts: An amazing event when it comes to NXT they always over-deliver on their events I was entertained by this whole event, I really think the NXT Producers did a very good job, I thought every match from this show was super fun to watch, and now as we are done with NXT Stand & Deliver I hope NXT continue this great momentum as they go into this Tuesday Episode of NXT, but what an event, I really liked the small venue and man very happy for Lola Vice & Tony D'Angelo as thye're the new faces of the NXT Men's & Women's Divisions fun event.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver — My Official Match Ratings:

The Pre-Show Match: EK Prosper, Hank And Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger), Shiloh Hill & Wren Sinclair vs. The Birth Right (Arianna Grace, Channing Lorenzo, Charlie Dempsey, Lexis King & Uriah Connors) in a Mixed Ten-Person Tag Team Match | The Match Rating: **.75 — This was a little fun Pre-Show Action, wish the main roster could do these again like they did from 2012-2020. But this was enjoyable because there were sick spots in this match, like Eli Knight’s insane outside Springboard Splash, and seeing Uriah Connors being able to hoop. Wren Sincalir was my MVP of this match; she is so fun to watch. But Birth Right losing confused me because ain't the purpose of this group for them to be successful like their parents?

The Opening Match: Jacy Jayne (with Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid) (c) vs. Kendal Grey (with Wren Sinclair) vs. Lola Vice in a WWE NXT Women’s Title Triple Threat Match | The Match Rating: ****.50 — Truly an awesome Triple Threat Match, this match and the Sol Ruca and Zaria Match were the matches I was the most excited for. Kerndal Grey, in the short time, is amazing in the ring; she can move like a veteran. It's very scary because does someone develop that fast as a wrestler? Lola Vice was doing her thing in this match I didn't expect her to win, I thought she was enroute for the Main Roster but it seems like Jacy Jayne might be the one who's on her route to the Main Roster which is the right call because she would add so much to that Women's Roster as she concludes in an amazing NXT Career as she was a 2x WWE NXT Women's Champion, and 2x WWE NXT Women's Tag Team Champion. She did her part and had a hell of a run. Lola Vice winning this match, I wasn't mad at her. It was great. I know that Kendal Grey will get her moment eventually. Great job to all these ladies, I'm very glad they showed out tonight.

The 2nd Match: The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) (with Jackson Drake) (c) vs. Los Americanos (Bravo Americano & Rayo Americano) (with El Grande Americano) in a WWE NXT Tag Team Title Match | The Match Rating: ****.50 — The spirits of Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate were reborn tonight, what an amazing Tag Team Match. I thought Vanity Project was great in this match, with the electric offense they were displaying. But Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate didn't even try to hide the fact they were Bravo Americano & Rayo Americano, it was so hilarious, it's like a night and day difference with how they were used in the Main Roster, but on NXT they just straight up the hoop. The ending sequence of this match was totally fine with me. I wasn't complaining at all about it. I thought we saw an amazing match. Vanity Project retains thanks to Jackson Drake, but man, this had a Takeover feel, man. I was glad I got to see Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate hoop again, it brought back joyful memories.

The 3rd Match: Sol Ruca vs. Zaira in a Singles Match | The Match Rating: ***.50 — This could've been a lot better with a stipulation added, but I feel like that is going to be for the Rubber Match. But Sol Ruca and Zaria started things off hot with a brawl. I really liked how physical this match was, mixed in with the storytelling being told in the ring. I think that this could've been the Match of the Night, but it was passable. I know they could've put a better match together, because these are two elite talents. I thought Zaria was going to win this, but was very surprised with Sol Ruca getting the win, because I thought she was Main Roster bound, but I guess she's staying in NXT for a little longer, which I don't mind. I wanna see her get another match with Zaria, put with a stipulation added.

The 4th Match: Myles Borne (c) vs. Johnny Gargano (with Candice LeRae) in a WWE NXT North American Title Match | The Match Rating: ***.75 — Now we know Johnny Gargano is like Mr. NXT. I grew up seeing him from 2016 to 2021, being the most unstoppable thing in NXT, but this was a cool spot for him with the story they are telling. Because if you haven’t been watching since the departure of Tommaso Ciampa, he has been depressed in a slump and not responsive. To even further push this point of his depression, he was put in a match with Oba Femi, then got demloishe. But in this match, Johnny Gargano was showing some of his old offensive moves, and Myles Borne was very solid in this match. There were a couple of cool sequences in this match, but Myles Bornes got the biggest win of his career as he defeated Mr. Johnny Takeover. Afterwards, DarkState Leader Dion Lennox attacked Myles Borne, now eyeing the WWE NXT North American Title.

The 5th Match: Tatum Paxley (c) vs. Blake Monroe in a WWE NXT Women’s North American Title Match | The Match Rating: ****.75 — A sick match, Tatum Paxley is so criminally underrated, it’s so insane she’s just awesome to watch because how isn’t she on the Main Roster? She would be such a valuable addition to the Women’s Roster, especially on SmackDown. But Blake Monroe wanted her WWE NXT Women’s North American Title back, I thought the chemistry in this match it was solid, the back-and-forth was fun, and there was a lot of close moments I thought Blake Monroe was going to win this atch, but in the end we got Tatum Paxley got the win, and retained her WWE NXT Women’s North American Tityle very happy for her she deserve a proper reign.

The Main Event Match: Joe Hendry (c) vs. Ethan Page vs. Ricky Saints vs. Tony D’Angelo in a WWE NXT Title Fatal-Four Way Match | The Match Rating: ****.25 — A very fun Main Event Match, the dynamic between Ethan Page and Ricky Saints was very entertaining as both men teamed together, but then turned on each other, trying to become the NXT Champion again. I do think three people in this match are going to the Main Roster: Ethan Page, Joe Hendry, and Ricky Saints, all getting moved up since they did everything there is to do in NXT. Now, for Tony D'Angelo, someone in 2021 who was told he was going to be a budget cut and was nothing but a jobber on the Main Roster, he won every title you can win as a male superstar. He reinvested himself, and now he's a WWE NXT Champion. I'm happy for him; this rebirth he experienced is great, and I think he'll have a solid title reign in NXT.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver —  My Match of the Night: Tatum Paxley (c) vs. Blake Monroe in a WWE NXT Women’s North American Title Match | The Match Rating: ****.75 — Tatum Paxley is amazing, and Blake Monroe is amazing as well. This match was such a fun match. I’m very happy with the results, as Tatum Pacley is still the champion, as she should be. I believe this was the right call. I wonder what's next for Blake Monroe.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver — My Official Event Grade: 9.50/10 (A+) — An amazing event, NXT always overachieves when it comes to the PLE's. Because wow, every match was such a joy to watch. Very happy for everyone involved with the matches tonight. The NXT Producers did a hell of a job, and I'm glad NXT had a strong night because last year's Stand & Deliver was amazing as well. They just always shine when it comes to the PLEs.
