Thoughts on the July 30th Edition of WWE NXT The Great American Bash (Tag One):
Thoughts: I thought this was a fun episode of NXT, I fairly enjoyed it. I thought the matches were solid there was a solid three to four quality matches. The women killed it tonight in all four matches. And Joe Hendry lights it up with a fun performance which was interupted by Gallus. But overall great episode.
The Shows Match Rating:
The Opening Match: The Unholy Union (c) vs. Meta - Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships - Match Rating: ***.25 - Solid title defense, shocking this was The Unholy Union first title defense since winning the belts in mid - of June at Clash at the Castle: Scotland. The Meta - Four ladies had a decent showing as well they've been improving a lot.
2nd Match: Tony D'Angelo (c) (with The D'Angelo Family) vs. Tavion Heights (with No Quarter Catch Crew) for the WWE NXT Hertiage Cup Championship - Match Rating: ***.50 - Tavion Heights is a future star in this company he had a great showing against Tony D'Angelo. Tony D'Angelo retained his championship. But this match was very fun and I'm excited to see what is next for No Quarter Catch Crew, and for Tavion Heights.
3rd Match: Cedric Alexander vs. Brooks Jensen - Match Rating: **.75 - Cedric Alexander gets an much needed victory. He's getting back into flow seems a little rusty but I can't wait to see what he does on NXT on a weekly basis.
4th Match: Jaida Parker vs. Kendal Grey (with Carlee Bright) - Match Rating: N/A - Jaida Parker is continuing to improve each and every week she's gonna be a killer once she gets everything to together, but right now in her development she's starting put together much cleaner matches.
5th Match: Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, & Jasmyn Nyx vs. Karmen Petrovic, Lola Vice, & Sol Ruca - Match Rating: **** - Each women killed it, I enjoyed every second of this match I was surpirsed that Fallon team won. But I really hope these ladies can run it back again but with an stipulation because it was an hell of a match. Kudos to each woman involved.
The Main Event: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Thea Hail (with Chase University) – Match Rating: ****.25 - What a damn main event, Roxanne Perez has done an fanastsic job elevating this belt she's having a top three reign of all time with that WWE NXT Women's Championship. Thea Hail improved so much, and had a great showing. Now I'm expecting Stephanie Vaquer to be the one who faces Roxanne Perez next or Giulia.

July 30th Edition of WWE NXT The Great American Bash (Tag One) Show Grade: 8.25/10 (B+) – This was a fun episode of NXT it was jam – packed with solid matches, and the women killed it on this show, Roxanne Perez is having one of the best runs of her career and has elevated that WWE NXT Women’s Championship to the next level.
