Thoughts of the Premium Live Event, WWE NXT No Mercy :

Thoughts: I thought this was a fine show, outside of Kelani Jordan vs. Wendy Choo Match, everything else was pretty solid. The opener was a fun tag team match Fraxiom are really the best tag team in the world today, Andre Chase pulling the crazy moves, and wowing us with his ability. Ridge Holland eventually turned on Chase University after the match and brutalizing Andre Chase in which he got stretchered out the arena. Zachary Wentz the new X-Division Championship got the victory over his ex - best friend. Kelani Jordan, and Wendy Choo it just didn't hit for me the chemistry wasn't their the crowd wasn't feeling it, and I like both ladies they are very solid professional wrestlers but this match was a flop. Oba Femi and Tony D'Angelo was a pretty solid match, Oba Femi got the win and retains but what's next for Tony D'Angelo I think this was his last match in NXT as I see him moving on to the main roster in the pending future. The match of the night for me Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Jaida Parker both ladies tore it down with Jaida Parker having her best match to date, and Roxanne Perez showing people why she's one of the best in the game, and why she's on the run of her life. Afterwards we saw the debut of Giulia in WWE and we assume she's gonna be the one who defeats Roxanne Perez and allows Roxanne Perez to move to the main roster, and Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Delta can run the NXT Women's Division. Ethan Page (c) vs. Joe Hendry was okay nothing to crazy. But after the match Pete Dunne attacked special guest referee Trick Williams to end the show. Overall decent show.

WWE Premium Live Event, WWE NXT No Mercy Match Ratings:

The Opening Match: Chase University (Andre Chase & Ridge Holland) (with Duke Hudson, Riley Osborne, & Thea Hail) (c) vs.Axiom & Nathan Frazer for the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships - Match Rating: ***.50 - A very fun match, Nathan Frazer continue to show why he's one of the next big - time stars in this industry, Axiom high - flying ability is one of the best right now in the world, and Andre Chase blew me away in this match he was pulling out everything and had the crowd showed, and surprise and people on social media were raving about his performance. After losing the tag belts Ridge Holland shockingly turned heel and attacked Andre Chase and the rest of Chase University which led Andre Chase to be stretchered out.

2nd Match: Zachary Wentz vs. Wes Lee - Match Rating: ***.25 - I felt like it didn't reach its full potential like the match was starting to get very good then it ended. I assume they gonna run this back in the near future but I believe the X - Division Championship will be on the line when that does happen. Trey Miguel saved Zachary Wentz from getting his head cracked by Wes Lee which led to Zachary Wentz getting the shocking victory. I did like the match but I felt like it could of hit another gear, and could of been the match of the night.

3rd Match: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Wendy Choo for the WWE NXT Women's North American Championship - Match Rating: ** - Crowd wasn't into it, the chemistry wasn't there for both ladies, and just an overall flop. Kelani Jordan is on the rise and she's very good but this was a dud and it wasn't because both women aren't good it was because the chemistry, and flow wasn't their the investment into this match by many wasn't there. And I think it's time for Wendy Choo to ditch this gimmick and have something that can be taken seriously bye the fans a great wrestler who been subjected to horrible gimmicks that didn't click nor connected with the fans.

4th Match: Oba Femi (c) vs. Tony D'Angelo (with Adriana Rizzo, Channing Lorenzo & Luca Crusifino) for the WWE NXT North American Championship - Match Rating: ***.50 - There were some great moments but the overall match was okay. There was high potential for this to be a show stealer but it just wasn't able to be that. Tony D'Angelo I think his time in NXT is coming to an end and the main roster is calling his name. Oba Femi who'll be the one that can defeat him? There isn't anyone on the NXT Roster that I think can.

5th Match: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Jaida Parker for the WWE NXT Women's Championship - Match Rating: ****.25 - This was the Match of the Night for WWE NXT No Mercy. These women tore it up in the ring, and Jaida Parker looked very good she has been improving at a fast rate and it's very noticeable. Roxanne Perez had a great showing as per usual. Giulia came out afterwards and finally debuted in WWE.

The Main Event Match: Ethan Page (c) vs. Joe Hendry for the WWE NXT Championship with Trick Williams as the Special Guest Referee - Match Rating: ***.25 - This was an okay main event nothing much in - ring wise wow'd me there was the referee bump where Trick Williams was taken out. After the match Trick Williams was attacked by Pete Dunne to end the whole show.

WWE Premium Live Event, WWE NXT No Mercy Match of the Night: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Jaida Parker for the WWE NXT Women's Championship - Match Rating: ****.25

WWE Premium Live Event, WWE NXT No Mercy Show Grade: 7/10 (B-) - It was a decent show with multiple solid matches. But I gotta give my flowers to Roxanne Perez, and Jaida Parker who tore the house down.
