Thoughts of the Premium Live Event | WWE Royal Rumble in Indianapolis, Indiana Live Event Show:
Thoughts: I enjoyed every match on the card. The only downside was that they picked the wrong winners, but I thought the Men's and Women's Royal Rumble matches were fun, entertaining, and filled with superstars. The Women's match kicked things off and I thought it was the third Women's Royal Rumble match. We saw a couple of NXT stars appear Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend, Jaida Parker, Stephanie Vaquer, and WWE NXT Women's Champion Giulia. Then we saw a few returns in Alexa Bliss, Trish Stratus, and Charlotte Flair who eventually went on to win her 2nd Royal Rumble match. Overall this match was fun yea it sucks I don't like who won but the match did deliver as we saw Roxanne Perez look like a superstar, Alexa Bliss had a huge reaction after appearing for the 1st time since 2023, Jordynne Grace made a strong impact, and Nia Jax being destructive. The tag team match was fun but because of the very boring crowd the match couldn't kick into that 3rd gear I thought the match was very fun. The Street Profits returned and attacked both teams to indicate that they were coming for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens tore the house down with this amazing Ladder Match I thought both men were vicious and destructive. To end the match Cody Rhodes put Kevin Owens through a ladder to win his WWE Championship. The Men's Royal Rumble match was a joy because of the fact we saw a lot of action and entertaining spots. Jey Uso got the win in one of the most shocking wins in wrestling history and now he's going to Main Event WrestleMania. But I thought the show was fun like I said only downside is they should've chosen different winners.

The Show Opener Match: The Women's Royal Rumble | Match Rating: ****.25 - This was a very entertaining Women's Royal Rumble Match. It's probably my favorite Women's Royal Rumble Match because of how fun it was. Roxanne Perez was the match's star, delivering an impressive performance that lasted over an hour, also finishing as the runner-up. Nia Jax eliminated over nine superstars in one of the wildest moments of the match. Alexa Bliss made her return after two years alongside the winner, Charlotte Flair. The ending of the match felt very anti-climactic; I wish there had been a few more minutes for Roxanne Perez and Charlotte Flair, but overall, it was a really fun and entertaining match.
2nd Match: #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) (c) vs. The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) in a Two Out of Three Falls Tag Team Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships | Match Rating: **** - A very fun tag team match the only downside is the crowd was non-existent as the reactions were so few for this fun match. The first fall came quickly which I knew was gonna happen. But I enjoyed the back-and-forth action between both teams I thought at one moment the Motor City Gun Machine was gonna pull away but Angelo Dawkins came out and attacked Chris Sabin with crutches as Montez Ford was distracting the referee. DIY got the win and 2nd fall to win the match but Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford blasted Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa then proceeded to hold up the WWE Tag Team Championships to signal that they were coming for the WWE Tag Team Championships.
3rd Match: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens in a Ladder Match for the WWE Championship | Match Rating: ***** - I have no words to even fathom how amazing, brutal, and insane this match was. My flowers to Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens they tore it down tonight. The match started insane with both men fighting in the crowd chucking sodas at one another and even taking fans' beverages and food to attack each other with it. Kevin Owens had so many insane spots it was too many to even count how many he did. After a brutal off-the-top suplex a lot of WWE officials came to the ring-side and Sami Zayn also appeared to aid both men. But Cody Rhodes went homelander and showed his mean streak and brutally destroyed Kevin Owens with an Alabama Slam through the ladder. This trilogy they gave us was a delight now that the feud is officially over I wonder what's next for both men.
The Main Event Match: The Men's Royal Rumble | Match Rating: **** - This had all the hype to be one of the best rumbles in recent memory the start of this match was very entertaining with Bron Breakker, Penta, Jacob Fatu, and Sheamus. We had IShowSpeed make an appearance getting folded in half by Bron Breakker. Joe Hendry made his Rumble debut as the TNA World Heavyweight Champion to a loud ovation. Roman Reigns then came in at #16 to a loud reaction and was speared out of his shoes by Bron Breakker then proceeded to eliminate Bron Breakker and others. Superstars started to appear, Drew McIntyre, AJ Styles, John Cena, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins started to fill up the ring. The most insane moment has to be the Seth Rollins / Roman Reigns / CM Punk fight on the outside after all men were eliminated and the stomps Seth Rollins gave to Roman Reigns and CM Punk. John Cena and Jey Uso were the final two and in one of the most shocking upsets in WWE History Jey Uso won the Men's Royal Rumble. I have mixed opinions but Triple H did give us a very unpredictable win Jey Uso wasn't my choice for who should've won but kudos to him Jey Uso as he's the most popular wrestler in the company and one of the faces of WWE. Now I wonder what's next for John Cena in his final year ever as a wrestler.

WWE Premium Live Event | WWE Royal Rumble in Indianapolis, Indiana Show Grade: 7.25/10 (B-) - This was a solid event to me but the only downside was the winners of the Men's and Women's Rumble matches. I thought they picked the wrong winners as I feel like John Cena, and Iyo Sky should've been the winners of those matches. The other matches on the card delivered to my liking now the Road to WrestleMania has started and we are ready for the ride.
