Thoughts on the January 14th Edition of WWE Tuesday Night NXT Show:
Thoughts: A very solid show all - around we saw two solid tag team matches on the men and women side. Je'Von Evans made his return but it was shorten because Ethan Page busted him up again. Bayley made an appearance and confronted Roxanne Perez which was a delight to see maybe they have a match brewing in the near future and I need that because it'll be a banger in my opinion. But overall this was a solid show like I said and I'm really excited with this Roxanne Perez and Bayley story going into next week.
The January 14th, Edition of WWE Tuesday Night NXT Match Ratings:
The Opening Match: Shotzi vs. Stephanie Vaquer in a WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship Number One Contenders Match - Match Rating: **.75 - Very confused. Last week Stephanie Vaquer earned her oppertunity for a future match for the WWE Women's NXT North American Championship now because she gave up her oppertunity now Shotzi will be next in line? This was a poor booking decision they could've had Vaquer be written off for a couple weeks then return close to NXT Stand and Deliver PLE where I expect her to win the title at. But for now Fallon Henley will be dealing with Shotzi for the time being as they'll look back at this feud around NXT Stand and Deliver time.
2nd Match: Ethan Page vs. Dante Chen in a Singles Match - Match Rating: N/A - This was more of displaying the craziness of Ethan Page. Je’Von Evans returned but got his mouth busted up again by Ethan Page. I like the character development of Ethan Page he has been thriving in WWE and will have a major role on the Main Roster in the future.
3rd Match: Meta-Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) vs. The Unholy Union (Alba Frye & Isla Dawn) in a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Number One Contenders Match - Match Rating: ***.25 - A very enjoyable match between these two teams let me say lash Legend improvement has been a amazing thing to watch because she has all the tools to be a Women's World Champion, and Mid - Card Champion I was very glad to see the development she has been making. Same with Jakara Jackson as well. Now these two ladies are next in line for a major opportunity to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships can they pull off the major upset and be first time Women's Tag Team Champions? We shall see but overall very fun women's tag team match kudos to all four women in this match y'all did y'all thing.
4th Match: Cora Jade vs. Kelani Jordan in a Singles Match - Match Rating: N/A - Cora Jade doesn't really wow me in the ring whatsoever she's kinda bland and boring but I get what they're doing with Kelani Jordan I'm sensing in the near future she'll turn heel and embrace a new character. Also Masha the TNA Women's Knockouts Championship was in the crowd which was cool I'm a fan of hers she's very underrated and one of the few bright spots in TNA. But yea very poor match, and the Kelani Jordan storyline continues with her shifting attitudes as the weeks go on.
The Main Event Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) vs. Out The Mud (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price) for the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships - Match Rating: ****.25 - Are we really surprise at this point that Axiom & Nathan Frazer had another great match, and another great title defense? I'm not shocked anymore because it's always expected now. This was a hell of a Main Event match you had the WWE Tag Team Champions watching in D.I.Y. and we saw amazing spots, and cool moments. I really can't wait when these two are on the Main Roster because they're gonna shine I need them on the Friday Night SmackDown Tag Division. Also, shout out to Out the Mud they had their best in - ring performance in this match they have a very bright future ahead of them as a team. But very fun way to end the night.

The January 14th, Edition of WWE Tuesday Night NXT Show Grade: 6.75/10 (C+) - It was a solid show with couple good matches. Next week we see Oba Femi defend his title for the 1st time which I’m excited about.
