Before I get things started, I want to say that this episode is very important and highlights the career of Rebel. She recently of the recent months was diagnosed with ALS, and tonight we celebrate her. She’ll be alongside her friend Britt Baker D.M.D. as they present The Waiting Room with the CMLL Women’s World Champion & AEW TBS Champion Persephone, with Hikaru Shida as well. Want to say this is such a great gesture by AEW and Tony Khan making an episode about Rebel; this is what wrestling is all about.
Will Ospreay tonight will be in an AEW World Title Eliminator Match, as he's set to defend his AEW World Title kinda, but if David Finlay manages to win tonight, he'll be guaranteed a future AEW World Championship Match. But can Will Ospreay continue his hot streak as he prepares for Jon Moxley in a few weeks at ALL OUT Chicago? Or will the leader of The Dogs manage to earn a future AEW World Title Match?
I'm on a New Level indeed. As tonight Austin Creed, Kofi & Swerve Strickland all have another AEW World Trios Title Match as they're set to taking on The Conglomeration as they'll have their 2nd Title Defense tonight. Last week, The New Level and Swerve Strickland easily took down The Rascalz last week on AEW Dynamite, but tonight on AEW Rebel Heart, will they manage to come away with another successful title defense against the former AEW World Trios Champions, The Conglomeration?
A very fun Tag Team Tables Match as The Young Bucks will take one two of the brightest young stars in all of AEW as Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher will go toe-to-toe with The Young Bucks in what will be a very extreme Tables Match, as The Don Callis Family does have major issues with The Young Bucks, and they look to destroy them in what will be a very chaotic and intense Tables Tag Team Match.
Darby Allin & Baby Sting will be against The Don Callis Family's Josh Alexander who made his AEW Return & Mark Davis the mean big-man of the group tonight in some Tag Team Action. Steven Borden has been a known name, as he's the son of the legendary Sting, but he wants to carve his own legacy, as tonight will mark his 1st AEW Dynamite Match of his young career.
Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. made her return basically now paired with the AEW TBS Champion & CMLL Women's Champion Persephone, as they'll have Hikaru Shida by their side as they take on Hyan, Maya World & Thunder Rosa in what'll be a very fun Six-Women Tag Team Match tonight on AEW Rebel Heart.
